I've never done it, but I believe you need loads of hot water to soften the glue and something like dental floss to use as a cheese wire behind them. WD40 is good at removing some glues!  :y  :y  :y

heat them up with a hair drier & ease them off, any sticky left you can get off with petrol :y

Aparently the griffin will leave holes.

The lettering can be easily done by parking it with the lettering facing the sun (when we get a hot day!) and then just carefully ease the letters from a corner. Some hot soapy water to get the residual sticky foam off and then a light t-cut type rub to really clean around otherwise you will always see the imprint in the grime and the a polish to seal the area.

Yeah, you can use the same double sided sticky pads as used for number plates, freely available from WHSmith or any stationers.

Nice new looking badges, trim and number plates can really improve a tired looking motor no end. :y
