well, as I have a nasty yellowy n/s headlight, what do I look for?? I have been told I have facelift dah due to the type of display, and I also read it may be facelift because I have 3 solid headrests in the back... but does this apply to the rest of the car??? Cheers in advance!

I'm a little unsure as to what you're asking? Are you asking do you have facelift headlights, or is your Omega the facelifted version?
On both counts your Omega is the prefacelift, definitely not a facelift.
The early Omega's had holes in the headrests, but later one's were changed to solid types. Not sure when though. It is possible to t cut the headlights, it can just be the glass has tarnished.

hmmm.... my headlight lenses are plastic and flex, don't fancy t-cutting clear plastic! Certainly doesn't polish up!

Your headlight lenses flex??? That shouldn't be the case. Do you have headlight protectors or something? Many members who have had yellowy looking headlights have used t cut on the headlights and it has cured there problems.

def plastic lens!! both sides, valeo units, you can push lens in just like new Transits ect! Thought that was the norm!!

I have used T cut on the wifes Corsa headlight which was also going yellow. Brought it up like new with very little effort. If you are unsure about using it try a small area at the bottom of the lens first.

Your car is a mini-facelift! Its between the Prefacelift and facelift!
Basicly, its not the horrid old headlights, as they dont have projectors.
And its not a facelift, as the bonnet + grill go over the lights.

Get some 1500's wet & dry rub the headlights getting the yellow stuff off. Then polish with t-cut or finesse :y
-
As Darth says...however your lenses or your headlights appear not to be held on properly as they should not push in
-
Not Pre, Mini or Facelift. It's Standard, Projector and HID. I have a Facelift with projectors. Facelift also has HID's.
Once you get them back to clear, get some Nightbreakers. :y
