Title: ABS LIGHT AND SPEEDO

ABS LIGHT COMES ON AND SPEEDO STOPS WORKING LEAVE FOR A WHILE 30 MINS OR SO AND THEN WORKS AGAIN BUT SOMETIMES CAN BE HOURS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS ??

Sounds like the ABS ECU failing. Not as bad as it sounds. They can be repaired.

EDIT: Might be worth getting the codes read from the ECU first, just in case it's a wheel sensor, but the symptoms sound like the ECU to me.

Classic ABS ECU symptoms .... just like mine started .. then slowly got worse and worse, and the steering started to be affected as well .

As posted on numerous occasions ... bba-reman fixed mine quickly and well ... I believe their price is around £130 now ....

Abs ecu knackered mate - get it repaired (~£150) or replace with used unit same part nº and same model (£40-£50).

Also please don't SHOUT!!!
