I think the producers were looking at pulling it within a series or 2 before the mishap...

Nope. Won't sign, sorry.

I love the program and so do millions of other sad old gits like me. There is no way the Beeb will get rid now. Can you imagine the ratings for the one that shows the crash?

I also never sign petitions.

So there. [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif]

I have to say that I don't really watch top gear for the cars anymore as such. It is the banter between the 3 hosts that I enjoy. The mix of micky taking and one-upmanship is right up my street.

What do you think fish face?

Admittedly he is a bit conceited and has an "I'm always right" attitude but I think thats done purposely. I don't think it would be the same if he was any different and the show wouldn't be the same without him IMHO. ;)

I agree Top Gear wouldn't be the same without him and I used to think the sun shone from you know where but I was given one of his books for christmas and in it he is moaning about the fact he lives in this lovely big house in the Cotswoulds but there isnt a shop or restaurant for miles and that Staffordshire is fantastic because he was born there. Some people dont know how lucky they are, making money from thrashing exotic cars around a race track. Im not jealous............im not honest...........Oh all right just a bit ;)
