Can anyone recommend a good set of springs and shocks for my 3.2 Saloon and a place to purchase them from, it has self levelling suspension, I have noticed that the O/S/R self levelling shock is wet. Will possibly consider lowering it.

where to start...? You need to decide what route your going down first imho. Stock self level, plod mv6, lowering, or my personal favourite, customer spec.mv6, described as lowered sport chassis, and "MAY" only apply to face lift. Not sure.
Springs,
vx charge silly money, so for vx replacement Mr dtm recommends kyb (kayaba) form buy parts by on tinternet(afaik).
Shocks,
Vx prices aint bad at all in my experience. Apart from self level items which are £150 a pair on trade club or £300 retail. (yours are breaked, oil leaking out means no damping) there appears to be no aftermarket manufacturer for these.
Lowering,
I have little experience of this. But rules vx out imho, apart from lowered sports chassis, which gives a 15 mill drop. So your into the likes of Eibach or Bilstein i guess...? maybe others will advise. :-)
