Title: Sun Roof problem

Just had fitted a replacement complete sunroof motor unit and I am still having problems with getting it to operate. Despite following reset procedures, I can hear the motor trying to operate but the centre mechanism seems to be stuck/jammed and not turning. This is exactly the same problem with the old unit I removed.  :(
Can anyone suggest reason or offer potential solution.?  Thanks

Could be a problem with your switch as it may need cleaning - there is a how to guide in the maintenace section. :y

Have you tried opening the roof manually :question

How do you open the sunroof manually? Any pictures available of how you can do this? Thanks
