on the trip computer on the temp option all we get is a capital f and then the c,every now and then when we start the car we briefly get the temp then it goes back to the f,does anyone know of this.

Could it be either setting for farenheight or centigrade on outside temp? you may have to refer to owner manual to see how you have to set it to either. Just a thought.

Hi had that on mine its was the tem sender in the front wing bad conectshion, can get new 1 from £3 on ebay. :y

Pre face lift cars just under the passenger side of the front bumper. Face lift cars apparently in the centre of the bumper, on the bottom edge.

There are no tools needed, its just cliped in the bottom edge, its black, you should feel it good liuck m8. :y :y

Did it used to work? :y should have one if it was working b4, it is the wire around the horn area u looking at. pit u not liv round here.

was looking behind the grille at the front, where abouts should it actually be locateded ?????  unsure if it used to work as only had the car a week any pis would be very much appreciated

its a bit dark at mo but if you find the horn and second air intake unit it around there its has a hole in the bottom lip, it is cut away like a u shape op'sit the horn if not there there should be a hole there. ok m8 :y

Be a bit more specific with what car you have. Preface lift or face lift?  :y  :y  :-/

I have two lulling around the gear lever of my Astra shed! I'll photo one tomorrow if you've had no luck in find yours.  :y

from what i have been told its a facelift, the grille is part of the bonnet lol if its not that wire then whats the wire for?????

sounds like it could be the sensor, dose it come from the wiring from the horns etc?

The only wire near there is the fog light wire do they work?, u should see the sensor it only a little thing with wires going in to it, its cliped in. :y

Dead centre of the front bumper, 2 blue wires clearly visible when looking straight down :y

Is your sensor missing completely then?

there are no blue wires there is a blue with yellow stripe and brown going into the plugthen 2 plugs going into the washer bottle, its confusing

that sounds like the spare wires for the lights ( washing the lights) just looked on mine and its the same. :y

U ee the black thing in the pic that was put on u arelooking for 1 of them, it will be some were on the front, if not then follow the wire around find another one that is lose it may just pop into your hand.

we have found it,unplugged and plugged back in it worked for a bit then f has appered again,think i need to replace it.thanks for all the help
