its long time I'm experiencing reduction in my power and health ..
digestive problems, cant wake up,feeling sleepy in day time etc..
So I decided to make little sport..I buy a tennis table for home..Even playing half an hour effect me really good..
But if I run or walk regularly this is more effective..I can wake up earlier in the morning and I dont feel sleepy in the day..
If I stop making sports, day by day I become more lazy and very hard to start..Problem is working for more than one job
time is limited..
Anybody encounter these problems :-/
ps: Age 41..98 KGs..As I'm a programmer if I try to loose weight and stay hungry cant work in this case and my mind stops
totally..
(Anyway I'm not sure mind is working properly, more like an old misfiring engine ;D)

I suffer the same symptoms as you but,,I got up on Wednesday morning done a bit of work then drove to France and back didnt get to bed until midnight on Thursday..
Thats the way i get tired and im a lazy sod too according to SWMBO.. ;D ;D

This is the performance I have in 25 ;D
Now I try this 1 week I'm down :-/

I must add, performance also depends on stress factor..More stress more adrenaline..You are :D
possibly I'm too much unstressed ..

Not at all unusual......I suffer to and try to get exercise to keep me going.
A couple of other tips.
Dont eat your dinner at your desk (common with packed lunches in the uk).
Get a break mid morning and mid afternoon.....again, not at your desk and idealy outside.
The exercise is key....it doesn't take much.

same here..Outside foods are mostly meat dependant, oily and unhealthy..

Trouble is my clock inside is reverse.. ;D
Everything start working afternoon (morning :P) , and night time 8-)

Eat lots of fruit. I only eat fruit until I come home at 1800. Apples, pears and plums normally. I've lost 15 - 20 kg in the last 18 months and feel much better for it. :y

The last two years was very heavy night projects , mostly I come home 2-3 am..And remember I eat 5-6 times a day and its normal I take 10 kg extra..After everything turned reverse.. :(

Eat lots of fruit. I only eat fruit until I come home at 1800. Apples, pears and plums normally. I've lost 15 - 20 kg in the last 18 months and feel much better for it. :y
