Title: need advice again

 hi brought a car the othere day ,and it drives spot on ,i noticed that the gearbox was slipping when warm ,checked the level all is good ,
  now if i pull away sharp the whole rear of the car seems to check and judder ,
  been underneath today to check the diff level ,
and the bushes on the back and all is good ,

  this is really puzzled me ,im thinking its the gearbox slipping , but would it cause it to do that ,???
 if i pull away smoothly its fine !!
        could do with someone local on here to have a listen to it , and see what they think

does the eml come on now and again,,does it jerk when changing gear ? does it seem to have a flat spot on accelaration.sounds like it takes ages to change up a gear...i had this problem and it was the camshaft sensor on my 2.2.. :y

thks ..no eml light on at all ,
   changes gear spot on when cold ,smoothly and pick up very well ,
  just that u cant pull away sharp as it judders ,vibrates , ...got me puzzled as i have checked everything ,
 i have noticed that when warm it does not select 1st all the time and slips ..
 also if u put it in drive ,there is quite some time before it selects the 1st gear , !!   :y
