Title: would my car need lowering?

Im thinking about buying some 17" elite alloys for my 2.2 f/l cdx

has anyone seen this car with the 17"s on? just wondering if it needs lowering to suit or not?

They'll look the same as any other mig without spoilers.
You don't need to lower it, just buy smaller tyres (not 55, but 45).
I believe Elites or mv6 had 17 inch wheel as standard.

Hoping to buy a set with good tyres on, just found out the mv6 and elite have lowered suspension so might be best to buy better 16"s instead
