Post by: blue_dream on 11 October 2009, 20:00:37
Evening guys
I'm still having problems getting my 1998 25 v6 started, is their anyone on the form who would be prepared to take a look for me and help to get her started
I've replaced the front crank shaft oil seal, used cam locking kit, crank on TDC, cams 1234 starting from the left, change crank sencer for a know good one, have spark and fuel, done compression test showing no compression on any ciylinder, car drove fine before no problems  :( :(, car will turn over as no spark plugs, i'm wiiling to pay for your time, please contact my mobile

If its got no compression on any cylinders, either your guage is goosed, or your engine is, I'm afraid :(

I have a pair of 2.5 heads, but they are currently on an engine,in a car. How soon do you need them?

How soon can you take them off?

I'm currently playing with the existing heads - couple of rogue exhaust manifold studs to extract!

Not sure on the inlets yet, I'm not convinced they are ok.

The exhaust ones are as bent as bent though  :D
