Title: TC prices needed

I need a TC price for a set of glow plugs for my car. 99 2.5TD.

My "January 2008" TC book lists:

U25TD/X25TD - 93183740 - £8.27 each
Y25TD - 93171875 - £8.26 each

Just phoned my local motor factors (where SWMBO works) and they've got a set of 6 NGK 3473 glow plugs (equivalent for my car) for £6.47 ea. +VAT over the counter or £3.16 ea. +VAT on her staff discount! Guess where I'm going now? ;D ;D ;D

Just an update, fitted these yesterday lunchtime. What a pain in the A$$, just over an hour start to finish. Goes out this morning, it was bl00dy freezin' and it started first turn with no need to get the easy start out of the boot! I'm well happy ;) :y

Yeah you should have ;D £21.80 mine cost in the end for a set of 6 so well happy and I haven't got to keep taking the air tube off the MAF just to start it from cold ::)

Did you take the inlet manifold off the change them?
