As some of you might notice I posted problems which I thought are broken springs causing back end sliding.
Went to the garage and the guy said front shocks are completely gone (front end goes up and down and probably back end looses grip cause of this).
Looked through few shops here and I was shocked.
Here are the prices
Kayaba 1 piece 100 pounds
Kayaba in another shop 1 piece 115 pounds
Monroe 1 piece 185 pounds!!!
Bilstein 1 piece 60 pounds.
Obviously I'm thinking about Bilstein but would like some advice first.
Are they any good?
Anyone has them?
Also is there any other good manufacturer to look for?
These are all staandard gas shocks, not the sport ones or anything like that.
Thanks

I would take Bilstein over any of the other manufacturers you list

What he said ^^^^^^
Bilstein shock are good :y :y

Ok thanks guys

Amazed that Bilstein are cheapest, they are top drawer components. :y

The guy at the shop asked me do I have sport suspension?
I guess no, the car seems standard height.
But is there any difference in shock absorbers regarding this?
Also found in another shop Boge for 55 pound a piece

Sports are slightly harder but, so are the Bilsteins.
Boge are OEM but, I rate Bilstein as better

Someone recently posted this link. I mailed the seller to ask if it was correct as the price is so cheap and this is their reply:
FULL SHOCK ABSORBER MINUS SPRING. VERY CHEEP AS WE ARE CLEARING STOCK.
REGARDS INTERPARTS.
