All depends on what model you are getting, some are better than others (obviously).

Having said that, for £65 PLUS the vat, I'd be expecting something at least halfway impressive.

I've had 4 different sets of kuhmo's including track tyres to road sport tyres no complaints from me would recomend them all day long.

Had a 3.0 Elite Estate project with Kumo's all round, it was lively at the back end, but then again it was running on old self leveling shocks, and carting around extra weight.

Normal use where fine though

Currently got 2 on the front of my car, no complaints at all. Good general all round tyres I would say. They are just reasonable at everything. OK proper makes may grip better but may be noisey, and cost a lot more, and won't last as long.

I once had a couple of Khumos on the front of my Senator. No idea of the pattern/model but I wasn't impressed.  :-/

I had one of the last generation Kumho (Exsta 712? - the performance one) on my old saab and they were grippy but didnt last. Bonus of that is that as they were cheap I could justify changing them every year!

Considering the KU31 now for the mig.

I am getting a full set of KU31's fitted tomorrow wo will report back on them in due course.

Kumho do some really cheap ones which probably are just that, but their top model seems to have been decent for a few generations of pattern now.

£340 for a full set fitted, not bad!

KU31 is the one to go for, if you decided on Kumho..

got em!

Fitted at Pro Tyre Bristol who I got to price match Tyretraders.com so saved another £20!

Initial impression is pleasing. Quiet, smooth ride and tighter handling than the old p6000s. They also look nice with the rim protection bead. Will report back and pop a pic up coz I am sad like that! Gonna stick several 100 miles on in the next week so they should settle in.

I had tc and abs kicking in during the first 5 miles so I guess so excess mould release agent still present  ;)

Hi, there is a garage just out side of stoke mandaville in aylesbury, they tried to sell these tyres to me the other day and for 2 x 205/65/15v I was quoted £55 each inclunding VAT.

The tyres I was told would perform well in all conditions and last about 3/4 of the time as Dunlop but for 1/2 the price. ::)

Well, I had 28k off the p6000's but on previous experience of the Kumho 712's before I would expect about 12-15k, depending on if you rotate them back / front and replace all 4 at the same time or just let the rears wear out and then replace 2 tyres.

My first impressions are also good - quiet and good feel. Positive feedback through the steering (not so grippy that you turn the alloy within the tyre).
