goin to garage tomorrow family business and that,mi father was saying it could take 4/5 hours to do belt.now he must think ive bought a v6,the lad who works for them is s@@t hot and quick i was thinking he,ll do it in an hour maybe hour and half cos as hes doin that i want to fit towbar and after that swap the auto box and i want it all done in the day

I'd go with your times of an hour to an hour & a half at the very most for the cam belt.

1.5 hours with the water pump (whish it is strongly recommended is done at the same time)

Ow and under 2 hours for a V6....this aint a Rover KV6 you know!

Yeah, easily under 1.5hrs for 4 pot, doing pump and coolant. V6 I reckon about 30mins more due to more stripping down. Seen a v6 down in under an hour ;)
