There is one in Cardiff for 41p!

Quite a way out though, so I use a central garage at 45p./..

It's 102.9 by me
I'm sorry but if you take an average of 60 litres to fill up this makes £1.80 difference
I cant be bothered to queue to save £1.80.
Fuel prices need cutting by 10p/litre

i had mine set low, problem is i have a partially blocked cat and have to pull out on to a fast A road....when it's cold i need all the smooth power i can get......

i have increased mine now, still noticed it is a bit lumpy but nowhere near as bad, although today it took a hell of a long time before it smoothed out.

was reading something that said about using petrol on a regular basis as it help to stop the injectors from going funny

I filled up a few weeks ago at 99.9p thinking it was a bargain from my usual garage.  Carrying all the extra fuel around has dropped mpg from average 28 to 22 so total saving lost. But then I have my air con on, heated seats on & front fogs - so the "I can't see out of my windscreen" brigade have a fighting chance of seeing me.......may have something to do with it :-/

Gentlemen, I am shocked. We should not be congratualting ourselves on paying 99.9p per litre or £4.50 per gallon for petrol.

I was chuffed to bits the other day when I found a place at 98.9p and then realised what I was saying to myself. As Miggy said the other day, we will continue to pay the price as we have no alternative. I am lucky to be a low mileage driver and it still costs me £100 per month to run my car. I guess that means I'm now paying about £70 in tax. How some of you can afford to be paying that per week, mainly to get to work, is beyond me.

I agree.  But, in order to enjoy travel in the mode I would like to remain accustomed, I am forced to pay the going rate to avoid the Exciseman chappin' at my door with a tax demand......    If I can save a few pennies meantime and stay on the legal side of life, then thats it..... :-X

GB i agree, but that is what it has come to, once the price got above £1 a litre and there was no uproar i did not expect to see it drop back.

the real celebration would be seeing it wind back to 85p per litre, that would make things more tolerable.

my monthly petrol spend used to be about £400  :o shocking i know but i would rather have my business pay that than do 25,000 miles per year in some high revving tinbox or repmobile.

Yesterday I paid 101.9 at Tesco, 10 quid in the tank and the computer thought i stopped for a pee!!!!!! 25 miles available before and after acording to the computer ( took 10 mins for it to register the splash in the tank)!!!!!

I think the government needs a wee reminder. The politicians dont care because we pay for their petrol. If you know of and or are a member of any other car, bus (Scumbus.com is a laugh by the way, not mine), truck or taxi forum we need to get together and protest the price of fuel.

I remember when it was 50p per litre 10 years ago ish due to Price wars!!

Why do we pay so much TAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
