HI THR, MY 2.5TD ENGINE MNGMNT LIGHT COMES ON WHEN CHANGING FROM 1ST TO 2ND IF REV BAND IS AT 2000 OR LOWER SAME THING SOMETIMES WHEN SHIFTING OUT OF 3RD! THRS ALSO A MOMENTARY LOSS OF POWER WHEN LIGHT ILUMINATES! PLEASE ADVISE PROBS&SOLUTIONS

you will need to read the codes stored as could be anything auto ecu to engine ecu.

Listen to the sensor, its saying you should have bought a petrol ;D
Listen to two short Tunnie. Even the 2.5 diesel has the right amount of cylinders ;D ;D

some tractors can be paperclipped. symptoms sound like 64 though...

and looking at your fuel spending figures will tell you otherwise. ;)

I'd say they are all correct , except for Tunnie.
Apparently the sensor can be changed in situ.
If it starts OK when hot just ignore it.
