Title: Outside temp sensor

Hi guys. need your advise. i have changed the temp sensor twice one brand new and one off a scrapper and still cant get a proper reading. the used one is reading nothing and the new one read -32 then -64 then went off. any advice would be good !

it could be a wiring problem, have a look at the wires incase the protective plastic casing has worn off and exposing the wire, or could be a duff sensor.

thanks for that. i will check the wiring if it ever stops snowing ! lol   ;)

Follow the wire from the sensor back until you come across an electrical connector. (On the facelift it's under bumper in front of passenger side wheel).

Water can sometime get in here and corrode the pins.  If so, just snip the wire and join them directly.

Thanks, I will try ang look tomorrow
