Title: Ebay problem

hello everyone, just bought a die cast v8 star omega on ebay about 2 weeks ago from German ebay, i payed for it and they said i havent, what shall i do. i e-mailed them and they gave me a number with no area code.
what shall i do?

My advice is to report them through ebay, did you pay via pay pal, if so you can claim, and there will be proof of them recieving payment.

If you can prove to E-bay that you have Paid then they will perhaps intervene.

Did you pay via Paypal?

What type of Tel. Number is it?

Is it an English number or German??

Have you been in contact with the Sellers??

We need more Information to be able to help you with this Problem :y

As mentioned above - notify Ebay police via disputes screen in "My Ebay"

Ipresume you paid with paypal so,
log into your paypal account and find the payment details and check the status of it
if it is completed you have proof that the payment has been made,
contact the seller with the time and date payment was made and they can then recheck for a payment.

If this gets you nowhere then your only course of action is to file a dispute.

I recently had a buyer who payed with paypal and  it was in my paypal accout but on my Ebay seller page it showed uncleared
