I have noticed a lot of smilies are now red crosses, including the bouncing one an the birthday cake.

I uploaded the Christmas ones earlier, shouldn't have broken anything though?

The normal smilies were moved to a holding directory and the christmas smiles placed in the working directory but, the christmas smilies are a sub set of the normal ones so I copied the missing ones from the holding directory to the working one......job done!

I thought I copied (not moved) them to holding, then copied over the Christmas ones.  Maybe I must have moved, hence the missing ones  :-[

Sorry, and thanks MDTM for sorting it for me  ;D

You did, that was the problem......the christmas smiles dont include the extended ones like H-birthday etc so the links to these were effectivly broken.

Just glad I could help for once!

Yes, I knew the xmas ones were only a subset, hence why my intention was purely to copy, not move, to holding area.  But I've been poorly. Thats my excuse :P

At this rate, you'll be getting root access to the main OOF server, Mr Clever Clogs :y
