Title: Pass door wont unlock

Hi
My passenger door has a problem where it dosent unlock/lock off remote but WAS fine mnually. Now it wont unlock at all!!! Is it due to the weather?
Any ideas?

would check the wire plug from A post to the door may have a bad connection, dose you speaker in the door work?

When you say 'manually' do you mean pulling the lock up and down on the inside or with the key in the drivers door?

Most likely to be a lazy lock solonoid as covered in the maintenance guides on here.

It is most likely to be the bad weather.  I have had the same problem at this time of the yaer for the last couple of years.  It will sort itself out when it gets warmer.  If it doesn't then look at repairs but don't rush into anything.

i get the wont unlock problem if the passenger has lifted the handle on the outside. it does unlock eventually by doing an up / down motion on the lock on the inside. remote has no effect
