Title: Inside car freezing up/optimum temp setting
Post by: hoj on 07 January 2010, 23:17:57
Having trouble with the inside of the windows freezing up the car does not have any leaks or anything i think its more to do with condensation.
I have the heater on full so the windows demist but condensation will be on the sunroof and rear windows after the car is stood it freezes up.
What settings should i have my heater climate control set to to stop this?

More than 3 people in car and setting on AUTO will end up with misting windscreen, I have not found any solutions to this other than put it in de-mist time to time. No water in scuttle, carpets are dry....

I've found the same as everyone get in with snow on them. Once I've got rid of the initial mist I up the fan speed and that seems to sort it (without having to put on demist).
