Title: Radiator
Post by: bob.dent on 30 January 2010, 12:31:14
Following on from my "leaky plumbing" thread I had a pressure test done and it turns out there is a leak from the radiator. Am I better off getting a genuine VX replacement or will a pattern be ok and what sort of price am I looking at? I've looked at a couple of websites and pattern rads appear to be around the £100 mark.

Personally I'd go for a pattern.

Found one here for £98.88  http://www.carcooling.co.uk/catalog/Vauxhall_Omega_B_94_03-1245-2.html
Seems quite cheap for an Omega rad, anyone bought from them before?

Yes I bought a heater matrix from them recently - good price, arrived very quickly, looked good quality, fitted no probs and touch wood still ok.
