Title: still got probs

hi all still got probs with my omega errrrrrrr changed idle control valve to day and it cuts out at random, then restarts straight away , ticks over fine drives like a dream , but cuts out at idle, been running it without the idle control valve wired up , and it behaves its self , so need a bit of advice

forgot to mention, fitted dis pack , leads , new o rings to inlet manifold , it wasnt cutting out before this only miss fire , so iam lost about what to do

was it a new icv or second hand one

do a paper clip test, fiver says you get a code 19 and crank sensor is failing  :y

Try disconnecting MAF sensor mate

arn't the 2.0litre 16v and 2.5 v6 differrent 2.0 litre is vacum valve and 2.5 v6 electronic :y :y :y :yif that helps so could be broken icv,best bet try and ask on here if anybody is breaking a 2.5 with good icv :y :y :y
