Title: Power Steering Pump Guide
Post by: Road Hog Mad on 02 February 2010, 13:04:43
Just reading a few posts about peoples pumps going lazy, mine is lazy, any guides knocking around for the V6 power steering pump change? I am taking the pump from a 2.5 pre-facelift to put in my 3.0 facelift, engine numbers match up so it should be ok.

Don't try and shortcut anything like I did.
1. Do not try to do it with pulley in place, ok coming out but will not go back.

2. Make sure the hose at the pump is secure with jubilee else all fluid goes on the road and you have to do it all again ha  :D
