Title: headlight manual adjustment

Can't remember what turn is for lowering the headlight patterns manually.
clockwise or anticlockwise?

I've set mine in the last few weeks, and I can't remember which way is which.  :-[
Don't overdo it with the turning, easy to break the adjusters if they're stiff.
