What's your car?
You can do the paper clip test ..... fault code 19 is the crank sensor, but depends on the car.

i want to test the sensor with a meter,so it must have a ohms value and how 2 test it. Its a 3.0l.

not worth the hassle, do a paper clip test on the ECU, if it throws up a code 19 its bust and needs replacing, if not, should be all good.  :y
