first of all a big thanks to sethsmate & hoofing it for their pms re- my recent fuel starvation problems. after cleaning out lift pump & draining 35 litres from tank i turned my attention to the swirl pot. it was n,t too dirty & even though receiving instructions on how to i never took it out. instead i cleaned around the bottom of the tank using a clean paint brush and a sponge, the swirl pot i used a very small paint brush & a small sponge. in the swirl pot i found a small piece of finger from a glove (the latex diposable type) my guess is that was what caused the blockage. however all back together now & its running sweetly.
