I've not done the 3.2 yet .. (bits bought .. waiting for warmer weather ..)  but on the 2.5 it was considerably more of a pain. It is mainly the cable tray that is the culprit, even when unbolted it is an unwieldy piece of kit .... and really needs opening up and the cables taken right out .. they can then be tied back (I used the bonnet strut) well out of the way. Job then becomes the same as the other side. Trouble then is getting the cables back in ther tray and the thing clamped up !!!

The clips are sods to both undo and do up ... I broke several .. :(

Looking at the 3.2 I see little difference in that part of the job ...  :(

I did mine last night; the passenger side is fiddly but not impossible, watch out for the black wire that is clipped to the cam belt cover. I would suggest unclipping this and moving it out of the way. Also when all is back in place put your fingers down the back of the rocker cover to make sure you can feel that the gasket is still in place. Good luck
