A member on here, Dave DND, specialises in such matters.

I suggest you send him a PM ;)

Car Pass from the dealer  :-/ Assuming it still has the original radio, similar money will get you security and key codes too  :y

.....
Have no  ...... car pass :'(

Realised that, due to lack of radio code  :y My point is that paying for a radio code is only one code from the Car Pass, there are others .... generally for similar money  ;)

He took 11 minutes to find Dave DND, and decided he was no good???????????
I thought Dave DND was on the PAT and MICK recovering from an operation, along with SETHSMATE.
Did not wait very long for a reply did he?

I think Andy's point was that if you go to a dealer and pay for a car pass for your car, you get not only the radio code for your car but also other codes which may be useful to you. All for the same (ish) price to have it decoded

There is a bloke by Chester Road Railway Station in Erdington who has decoded a few radios for me over the years. Last time it was £15 it may have gone up since then. I can pop in and get their details if it's any help?

My car pass was only £23 from Vauxhall and as said it comes with all the codes you need for your car as well as the radio code...its defo the way to go! Vauxhall are a strange mix...some things are really expensive, others are surprisingly reasonable...
