Title: 2.6 v6 will not start got fault code

been using the car earlyer and parked it up around an hour later come to get in and start it up but it just cranks over and will not start did the pedal trick and getting fault code 0306 left it five mins to cool down disconeted the battery for a few seconds put it all back and tryed it again and it started straight away any idea whats going on .jay :D

Code 0306 is a misfire on cylinder 6, shouldn't prevent the car from starting. It's probably the crank sensor at fault.
