Title: Headlight washers

my headlight washers dont work
1. when should they work? i have tried them woth lights on and off. No difference

2. Where should i start to look to get them working again?

3. Is it a MOT failure?

the washers should only work with headlamps on,they are not tested for mot.when you lift the bonnet the pumps for both windscreen and headlamp wash are behind the bumper

The relay for them is in the triangular relay/fuse box under the bonnet. IIRC the 2nd relay from the front has a fuse carrier next to it, these are for the washers. Check the fuse is still there (mine's in my door bin) & that it's not blown.  :y
