Title: cam belt change

hi all just abit of advice please , just had my new omega2.6 02 reg 4 weeks due to it having full vauxhall service history and only 55817miles on clock put in to stealys for 8yr sevice £305(ouch)came back and advise cam belt change last belt changeon6.12.06 at 37460 as it has only done 18000 miles even though 4yrs is it still advsory to change thanks

Yes, advisory is 4 years or 40,000 miles including tensioners and water pump. My tensioners sound a bit dry and i've only done 20,000 on them!
