how much will it cost for a set of valves and cam belt kit for an omega 16v cd :-/
-
cambelt fail on you? tensioner? what speed did go!?
Might be worth sourcing a replacement head from a breaker, could be cheaper and easier :y

I'd go with Tunnie.
A couple of years back I bought a couple of valves for SWMBO's Hyundai. The dealer wanted £15 each :o but I bought 2 from a motor factor for £15 for the pair. That's just for the valves, you'd need to make sure that bending the valves hasn't damaged the valve guides too. If so, you'd have to budget for them too.
