Title: Advise requested for Auto Gear Box 2.5 V6 MY2000

Hi all i've got a problem with a misfire which i posted last week & CaptainZok kindly suggested i have his son look at the car.
In the mean time i had a run out today in my motor & put the gear box in manual mode - 1st thru to 3rd & the car ran perfectly BUT as soon as i put it in drive & put my foot down it starts to misfire & stutter especially when cold  :-/ BUT as i said in manual its fine  :-?
Any ideas? Cud it be the ECU auto box?

Any fault codes in engine or gearbox ecu?

I've done the paper clip test & no fault codes coming up!

I'm sure The Gnome will shove the "My Naff Code Reader" on and do a read for you.
