Title: Diff oil
Post by: robson on 12 April 2010, 10:00:34
I believe there is an oil for normal diff and oil for limited slip and I think I read that best to use limited slip ( additive added to normal diff oil) Do we have to get this at main dealer or are there alternatives, what is the spec.

any manufacturers is fine, obviously quality varies.

I beleive the ones for LSD can safely be used in non LSD cars, and can even slow down any leaks.

BOA90LS rings a bell as a recommended fluid...
