I have seen a proper diagram on the forum for the route of the aux belt, but cant find it....

Oh James looks like you drawing was done with your left hand mate ;D

It's going to come-off... not ours so to speak... just waited for everyone to see it before removing it... but if someone could copy it on to a new drawing this would be helpful... or better still use James' drawing for the maintenance guides section...

Aux belt tensioner and new belt job done :y The old tensioner bearing had seized and the plastic pully sufferd total meltdown! :o
Its times like this I wish I had hands like Tunnie, not like two bunches of bananas! My hands and forearms look like iv'e had a fight with a mountain lion :(

G is the guide pulley, only fitted to very early engines, and later done away with by means of rerouting the belt...
