Title: Selling parts - in the car parts for sale section
Post by: DaveyDavey on 19 April 2010, 21:45:22
Evening all.

I've got a couple of bits that I need to get rid of and wondered whether I was able to advertise them via a "pm me with your best offer by 10:00 tomorrow night" mini auction kind of thing?

They are entirely surplus to requirements and taking up valuable room, so I'm happy to get rid for whatever someone is willing to pay. I just thought 24 hour sealed bid auction might be the best way to go.

What do you reckon?   :-/

Personally, I am against such an idea, don't like it.

As an Admin, it doesn't break our rules (which we may or may not change in the future, pending further discussion)

That's why I asked!

In which case I shall just stick them in the for sale section tomorrow evening.  :)

Agree with TB regards the auction part.

You are talking Omega parts, hopefully, and not just bits and bobs that would otherwise be car booted or placed on E-bay?  If the latter, that is not in keeping with the guidelines ....   ;)
