hi to all.have just contacted my nearest vauxhall dealer(BANBURY)TO BE TOLD its going to cost £123 +vat for one bank of my 98 elite 3.0,this seems very high.is this right.where can i get some leads that will not cripple my pocket.all input welcome

Genuine leads are pretty dear from dealer. Not sure how much they are at trade, which I could get for you at Banbury.
Sure others will be along shortly with other options.
Which bank is it, as I may have some 2nd hand ones in Brackley, but couldn't guarantee their condition. Certainly lead 3 is past its best.

See if anyone else has an alternative pattern that works well, as even at trade (not TC item), I seem to recall they are dear.
Think Bosch do some, from memory, don't 'fit' quite as well.

I found some pattern ones from a local motor factors for around £40~odd, IIRC.
Called round all sorts of places, and these guys came up with the winning quote - only fitted to one bank, couldn't be bothered with t'other (had to replace the ones I did, but the other side seemed fine...)
