Need help !
My car leaks water, posible head gasket problem. Its fine when its sat still, but when you drive it, the water comes out the bottom of the engine bay. Any ideas ?
Thanks, Kris

Get your head under the bonnet & check everything visually with the engine up to temperature. Pay particular attention to the rear left hand of the engine bay just to the right of & below the brake servo, as there you will find the Heater Byepass Valve, HBV for short; this is the likeliest place for your leak & the first place to look. It looks like the 'Starship Enterprise, is made of black plastic with three hose connections & a vacuum elbow & tube on the top. HTH :y

its under the car. its in-line with the front wheels where some thin pipes come down and bend. they're about 10-12mm pipes.

Are you actually losing coolant from the system, is the expansion tank level low?, do you need to keep topping it up? Also, just to clarify the situation, does your car have Air Conditioning? and how much water are we talking about, a slow drip, or a steady flow? :-/
