Title: Front o/s door solenoid??

After all the problems i've had & now fixed, a new problem has now emerged! The font o/s door pin won't budge - can use the central locking which opens all 3 doors but then i have to use the key to open drivers door but the pin won't pop up although the door opens! To lock the doors, i have to use the key manually as 3 doors engage shut but immediately the pins pop back up  >:(

Don't know if its the motor or solenoid or maybe the motor  is the solenoid  :-/ (i'mconfused.com!!)

Can anyone tell me how to fix it & if it's a tricky job for a novice  :-?

Just read the entry from ImpactPete about the same problem!

Thanks to the reply by bodach i will try the old 'WD40' trick & keep my fingers crossed that i have the same luck as he had  :y
