Title: noise followers

After haveing noise followers on cold start up i was advised to do an oil and filter change which has been done and also add wynns lifter treatment which ive done.Only now the noisey followers are still noisey and when the engine get hot it rattles all the time.Any ideas?

Have you tried a few oil changes this sometimes does the trick.
