Title: steering wheel knock

Whenever i go into bumps beneath the steering wheeel i feel some knocking, its like the wheels are going back and forth although i changed the wishbones bushes with lemforder ones. what else can it be?

could be the steering idler check see if there is any up and down movment. sould not move atall up and down.
