Title: window replacements

hi there this is my 1st time on a forum im really looking for an answer on how and where can i find a cheap yet gud window for the drivers side door it has recently been smashed by some muppet plus my insurance dont cover for it im tryna avoid autoglass 4 now they gna b my last option jst hopin if u guys can help me out a little in findin a place in london preferbly close 2 east london many thanks!!!

Your location would help.

Try one of the breakers on here and beware that there are variations in the glass colour on Omegas

When Autoglass fitted me a new screen, the bloke said what a Hell of a job the side windows were on these.  Good luck.

I got my replacement from a local scrap yard, the owner of which also fits/supplies glass. He said, that although not the hardest, they weren't as easy as some.
When fitting mine, I struggled here & there, then it fellin!  :y Not too difficult overall, you'll aslo need replacement pop rivets for the window mechanism/door  :y

Maybe Marks DTM struggled to read the post as I did, I'm not very good with 'text speak' ::)

Where are you in east London - I have a Drivers door window available - I am in East London too.
