Hi All,
I've found that the Vac pipe that runs from the black valve behind the rad (front near side), to a T-peice near the HBV has worn through. ::)
What does this valve do? and could the worn vac pipe affect the A/C and the two fans at the front?
Many Thanks in advance :y

SAI (assuming you mean valve behind rad near battery, not the valve between bagpipes). Its OK to entirely remove it, just ensure they are no vac leaks (remve t pieces to reduce number of vac outlets).

Damn! I was hoping that this is the reason why the two front fans arn't working!! :( :(
Back to the drawing board :-/ Thanks TB :y

No, that'll be either a green fuse in the relay box, knackered relay, or the fan switch in rad. All fairly easy checks :y

All the fuses are good, I've swapped all the relays around with good ones and I put new fan switches in when I replaced the rad recently..... :-/
It runs fine and the temp when driving sits at a steady 85 -95, but sometimes gets abit hotter when stuck in traffic :o and the fans don't run when stopped and switched off >:(
I'm abit flumoxxed!!! :-/ :-/

got through the circuit with a meter ;), sounds like low speed fans aren't working (come on just above midpoint of gauge)
