Title: heater blowing luke warm air on cold,

when my heather is on cold fully it still blows warm air, just like a summer breeze, its not cold at all,

any ideas, its on a low spec air con so no air con,   :y

is it the knob type, if so you will need to tak the radio out and ashtray out then the cover, screw is in the top of the ashtray take the tray out should see the cut in back andthat is were the screw is, then pull out then there is 2 screws left and right sides, pull the knobs off and each hole has a screw remove them, take radio out first, then when this cover is off there is the backing white plastic where the knobs are there is 3 screws undo them and pull the white back out, look at the cables on each and see if they are working should hear a thud when open and closing if no thud then the flaps are not move, just check this first.

if upgraded to electric then could be a motor or a blown fuse.
