Title: TD EGR blanking plate

Hey guys does anybody know or actually have a blanking plate that will fit my turbo diesel, cant seem to find any because of the ridge on the egr valve part of the engine, anybody got any pictures of their blanking plate?

Just soft, mild steel - its will mold itself.

But TD uses a lot of egr for economy, why disable?

Hi
Remove EGR, it does nothing apart from make a real mess.
Use steel plate with two holes for the bolts and a bit of GUMGUM.
For the other end get a plate and tube made up like:
