Hi
I would like to help you with this, but what you ask is pretty difficult. Some vac pipes go though the bulkhead and are are connected to the air con in the cabin for eaxmple. If you could explain the problem, maybe I can help?

Sounds like the EGR operating valve sort of area?

Vac from pump on rear of rocker box goes via (an expensive to replace) curved rubber connector to the left of a tee piece. Center of tee piece goes throgh the bulkhead for air con. Right hand pipe of tee goes along rocker box and down to valves below air filter.
Which connector on the tee piece is largly a matter of how best it fits it with its surruondings, but dont mix up the marked " VAC" and "OUTLET" connectors on the valves.
So long as the Vac from the pump is fed to everything that needs vac, the vac sytem is intact and the outlet pipes of the valves are connected, there should be no problem. Difficult problems best identified with a vacum pump of the sort that you can create a vacum and hold/ measure it over time.
I only know this because the " expensive to replace" curved pipe fractured on mine recently. £13.00 for a 4 inch length of rummer pipe and they are only sold in pairs.
