Title: Strange sound, little bit worried

Hey, im hearing a strange vibrating noise coming from the engine bay (may only sound like this as i cant drive the car and look under t.
he bonnet at same time)

It only occurs tho when the engine is at 3k revs and my foot is too the floor. and whilst its making said noise, i feels like theres a small drop in power as well.

Anyone got any thoughts as to what this may be?

if it's cambelt tensioner , you need to change asap..

if its from alternator or related parts, you need to service it..

thats the thing i cant tell what it is... it only happens when foot is to the floor at around 3k revs... if my foot isnt to the floor at 3k revs its fine and there is no noise

Get someone to put their foot on the throttle and listen in the engine bay....if the noise comes from the front of the engine you definately have trouble.
