Title: Postage costs
Post by: STMO123 on 06 January 2008, 18:39:04
When I traded in my alfa, I forgot to leave the sat nav unit and discs in it. OOOOPS ::)

I have sold it to a guy from the alfa forum who lives in Uxbridge. I want a signature at the other end to avoid any.....misunderstanding, but I'm really tight so I dont want to pay through the nose.

Any suggestions (Keep it clean please)

Flexible size and weight limits

You can use Special Delivery™ Next Day to send items weighing up to 10kg.

The maximum dimensions of a rectangular item are 610mm x 460mm x 460mm, and the maximum length of a rolled item is 900mm.

How rather heavy is it ..??

That's me :D

use NO LESS than special delivery, cos even recordeds can fail!!

i'd expect to pay no more than about £6.00 if its not much heavier than a boxed mobile phone, and special delivery is guaranteed next day before 1pm (make sure they know to be in) and it's insured to £500
